Outdoor Fitness Sessions for Muslim Women

 

A strong body supports a strong soul. Our fitness sessions are designed to help sisters maintain energy, balance, and vitality while upholding modesty and comfort. You and your fitness goals are at the heart of our focus.

New classes will be added to this page in real time. 

 

Through movement, we honour the body Allah entrusted to us — keeping it active, capable, and ready for His worship.

Join us for outdoor workout sessions held in an enclosed garden, allowing mothers to bring their children along (under their responsibility) while they train safely nearby. 

Whether you’re restarting your fitness journey or looking for consistency with like-minded women, this is your space to build strength — physically and mentally. Come prepared for the weather — we train outdoors, rain or shine! 

What to expect:

  • ACE Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach with 11 years of strength training experience.

  • Strength & Cardio Classes designed for women to build strength, improve mobility, and boost confidence.

  • Focusing on form, functional everyday movement, and beginner-friendly progressions.

  • Comfortable, modest atmosphere — no mixed spaces. There are windows around from where men can potentially see, so it's not hijab free environment.

  • Encouraging group energy, fun fitness, and accountability.

Schedule:

sessions are running from 17th November - 3rd December 2025.
Wednesdays: 9:45 – 10:40 AM
Fridays: 9:45 – 10:40 AM

Registration Status: Open

Fee: ​£6 per class, paid together for 5 classes before attending.

Venue: SE18 6FZ
